dell xps l502x bios update and device manager keeps refreshing

i sucessfully upgraded to windows 10

On my Laptop the bios is A12 dated 7/9/2012 on the drivers and update page the following appears

Version: A12, 

Last Updated Date: 04 Jun 2020

any one have any idea if i need to upgrade my bios 

do i have A12

also device manager keeps refreshing any idea how to deal with this
