xps 9365 2.2.0 bios update still touchscreen is not working

3rd bios update in the row no touchscreen from 26 AUG even in BIOS

Since touchscreen haven't worked even once

Touchscreen can't communicate proper with chipset due its USB device 

Why you treating out of warranty customers like dirt dell? Are you planing fixing your own mess before Christmas?

i7 unit with 512drive and 8b of memory

I2C HID with exclamation mark. No way to make it work (code 10)

Touchscreen is detected in windows and configured but can't start

Something is blocking it from running because he has to work in BIOS

Fresh windows installation with same error code with I2C HID

Error code for not working driver with hardware posted bellow
