Hi y'all - brand new out of the box today Aurora R16 is refusing to detect my Home 5G network, AND refusing to connect to a separate work dongle (though at least it recognises it exists)

The only way I've been able to get online is to hotspot to my phone. Which is obviously both a bad and temporary solution. 

It is not a router problem. The Home 5G network is currently connected to at least four other devices in the household, and is working just fine on all of them. 

I have restarted both the router and the PC several times, to no avail. I can't run troubleshooting because Home won't even appear in my list of available networks. 

Right now I'm just focusing on the 5G problem, but the fact it recognises but won't connect to another (working fine) dongle is also a concern. 

Why would it recognise my phone wirelessly but not anything else?

Any suggestions from you legends?
