Service tag Good day. Could you help me to know why my service tag is not valid, since I need to download the BIOS update of an Alienware 17 R4.
Hi @hector godoy please click on Product Support and allow Dell Support for Alienware 17 R4 to detect your System Service Tag ID (do not post this private information in this public forum). If the main board (motherboard) has been replaced, the System Service Tag ID will have changed.
