U4320Q, two S2721HS, Inspiron 15 3000, dock issue

Ok so I'm trying to set up a home office. I think I have the wrong docking station or is there something else I am doing wrong? I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 laptop, Visiontek VT4000, 2x S2721HS, and 1x U4320Q. When I hook it all up my Inspiron 15 3000 lags hard. Setup 1x 27' in laptop HDMI and 1x 27 + 1x 43' to docking station. What can I do to make this all work? Different docking station? External Graphics card? Or do i just need to change settings, cable?Thanks in advance.

@Dont ask me  The VisionTek dock uses 'indirect display' technology called DisplayLink -- not to be confused with DisplayPort.  That technology comes with drawbacks that can be significant in some use cases, including performance issues.  I wrote about that in more detail in the post marked as the answer in this thread.  In terms of options, you said you have an 'Inspiron 15 3000'.  That is an entire model line, not a specific model -- sort of like saying you have a 'BMW 3 Series' rather than a 2019 340i Sedan, for example.  Your exact model would be something like Inspiron 3578 or something.  But given that the 3000 Series is the low end of Dell's basic consumer-oriented product line (Inspiron), I seriously doubt that any laptop currently in that model line will be capable of running 4K + dual 1080p.  If you want to run that display setup through a dock that uses native GPU outputs from the system rather than DisplayLink, you would need a system and dock that support Thunderbolt.  And Thunderbolt is also required to run an external graphics card.  That solution isn't necessary for this, unless you're trying to achieve high frame rates on games or something, but if you don't have Thunderbolt, that solution isn't even an option.
