Very disappointed with dell for the frequent delays of the order that was placed on 29th July 2022. Have ordered Alienware X17 R2 which was initially supposed to be delivered by 7th -11th august 2022 but it just kept getting delayed and still the order is not even under production so I dont know if I will receive it this year. I hope I do. Customer care cant do much either nor can give an estimate of when I will receive the product !. The revised shipping date as seen now is 15th of sept 2022 but the order is not yet under production which only means further delays. Can anyone from dell look into it actively and get it rectified?
