I ordered my laptop in early July with a proposed ship date of August 25.  On August 29, Dell sends an email saying shipping is delayed until September 28.

This is my first time buying a Dell, and I can't imagine dealing with this atrocious service ever again. It's like the Spirit Airlines of computer companies.  

Where is my laptop?  When is a reasonable date to expect delivery?  Why is this business making promises it cannot keep?
