I placed an order for an Alienware Aurora R8 on the 29th of October, and the estimated delivery date is between the 4th and 6th of November. Despite it already being the 4th, the order is still in the 'confirmed' status and has not even shipped yet. I spoke with support over the phone and they said they would get back with me today after investigating the issue, but there has been no reply as of yet and it is 9:30 PM here. If there's parts that haven't arrived yet or something that's causing it to be delayed, please let me know?
