I ordered an alienware desktop from dell on the 20th of November. It is now the 17th of December and still have not received anything but empty promises from both Dell support and Fedex. No one actually knows where my package is and everytime I call they promise it will be delivered on that day but nevertheless nothing actually shows up. I tried having dell make it so I could pick up the package from a fedex facility, but according to "customer security" policy they do not allow that. I took two days off work to be there for the delivery and am unable to do so at this point, so even if they do deliver it I will not be there for it. There are no alternate addresses to send it too either, so I guess I am just ? I am just trying to get my package and there is no help to be found anywhere. Not really sure what to do at this point. Spent $900 dollars on nothing apparently.
