Single Incident Support for Advanced Software Support
Purchased laptop less then year ago. I've been having issues with my laptop connecting to internet on WIFI. Called Dell multiple times to resolve with no luck, finally been told it's a "Software issue" and not covered under basic warranty. Recommended I purchase software support for $129 CAD + tax with "no-fix-no-fee guarantee". I purchased service for a specific time slot, no one called. I called myself and finally get in touch with correct department. After over an hour on phone, they could not fix. They said they will "escalate" issue and call me next day, no one called. After a week I called to get a refund, started with Customer care, they said we're not responsible, call Tech support. Called Tech support and after an hour on phone, they said they're not responsible, call Customer care. It seems everyone I talked to was incompetent and kept pushing me around. This had been one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Fair to say I will not ever purchase a Dell product again.

Keep calling, emailing and keep being pushed around between Customer Care department and Technical Support Department. Is there anyone at Dell competent enough to resolve my issue? Why advertise "no-fix-no-fee guarantee" when it's absolutely false.
Still no resolution. I have spent literally hours on the phone dealing with this issue. Kept being bounced around between departments. Dell's customer service is the most incompetent group of people I have ever encountered.
