I ordered 3 laptops on line and paid for them.

never arrived why?

because the lazy customer service agents at Dell instead of calling us to confirm our address kept sending emails which went to our junk mail.

Mind you it was not our first delivery from DELL.

they delivered before to our address. When the emails in the junk box were discovered we called them to say what’s going on?

they decided to return the laptops to the warehouse and we asked for them to be re delivered. The person we spoke to said they would call me back. They did not but sent an email again which still ended in the junk mail. Basically telling us they won’t deliver and need to give us a refund.

Can you believe this?

absolutely shocking. They can’t be bothered picking up the phone and calling. What a bunch of incompetent people.
