New to OME.

Installed OME to 2012R2 Stnd Virtual Server, used local DB (Not Dynamic Memory settings)

Open shortcut on desktop and see a blank page???

Used IE, Chrome, Compatibility mode and even a repair, and still a blank page... 

Tried from local clients, blank page. Tried with firewall up and down, blank page.

Please tell me this is something simple i overlooked?
