I don't know whether this is a question relevant to Dell (in which case, which board?) or MicroSoft.  I simply want to do a "print screen" direct to my printer.  A Google search yielded this:  

"Hold down the "Control" key (Ctrl) and the "Print Screen" key to capture a screen shot of the full desktop. The image will be sent directly to the designated printer."

But Ctrl...PrtScr does nothing on my Inspiron 3793.  I've got a default printer defined so is there any other setup I need to do?
