I purchased this G5 SE 5505 with all the overheating, blue screens, etc., they come with. Previous owner had sent it in to Dell for repair {which had no effect} and a Service Tag was placed on the back. I tried to research what was done to the laptop but need the email sent to the previous owner. How can I find out what was done to the laptop when it was sent in?
