Me and a co-worker have the same hardware, Latitude 5290 2-in-1 tablet computer, D6000 Universal Dock, and 2 external monitors connected by DisplayLink (P2419H & P2418HZm). The problem is that they behave differently in the same situation and it affects some of the functions of company software we use.

On my setup I have the tablet connected and the type cover closed, and in the display settings it only shows the 2 external monitors and not the internal display. If I open the type cover, the internal display will connect and the display settings will adjust accordingly.

On my co-workers setup he has the tablet connected and the type cover closed and in the display settings it shows all monitors (internal & external). If he opens the type cover you can see some minor adjustments but all resolutions stay the same as they should.

This causes an issue in SAP because it does not like the 150% scale of the internal monitor being connected even if it is not being used. Setting the internal monitor to 100% scale works but would mean you have to switch it back and forth when using the tablet alone in the field. I have looked though every setting I can think to look through and have Googled every combination of phrases I can muster with no luck. Most of them just talk about changing what happens when the lid is closed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
