Hi all,

I have a Latitude 5591, 3 years old, warranty expired July 9, 2020, win10 pro. I keep it always on dock WD19TB warranty expired August 25, 2022.

Yesterday I got the message to plug power because battery was at 7%. Led is on as usual but no way it does not charge.
Even though the LEDs were ok, I switched to the adapter directly, it started charging but it stopped at 23%. LEDs are all on.
Bios reports excellent status of battery. Dell SupportAssist states it's ok.
Changed power modes, no change. Uninstalled power drivers. No improvement
Clicking on battery icon gives "23% power mode (plugged in)"

I would be grateful for any suggestion.
