So I was looking at ebay and saw a number of R4s for sale. My concern is with the following on the specs:

USB 3.0 Host 2 port PCIe Add in card,w/Full size bracket         D03JK

Now my question is why would a USB 3.0 motherboard with IVY-E need a USB add-on card? Granted the X79 chipset didn't have it to begin with so it was added on later, but was this a older motherboard that Dell had in stock and they "upgraded" it to make it USB 3.0 compliant?
