Hello all so a quick question. I noticed I was having reboots and screen flickering during bootup and randomly during use. I doing a teardown and looking for loose connectors as this just recently started after 3 weeks of owning the computer. I am now looking into having a tech come to my house or to RMA the laptop. what steps does this entail and what am I looking at as far as replacement options if they determine for some reason I was at fault in the process by taking it apart.
