I need to restore my 4400 to factory, and when I have the Restore CD installed, and its booting from that CD, it see the main Hard Drive and asks if thats the one I want to restore, and I say yes, but then it asks me for the administrative password.  I don't have an administrative Password. it allows me 3 trys, and then kicks me out.

The dell documentation does not mention any password question.
