Blinking Amber Light
Occasionally, I get a blinking amber light on my Dell Dimension 8400 desktop (purchased 1984). I must reboot in order to get the PC to work. Also, at times, I hear a loud humming noise from the pc (sounds like the fan). I opened the pc to check connections but everything seemed ok. Am I correct in assuming that this is a power supply problem? If so, which one does Dell recommends for my pc. Thanks.
