My Dimension 4600 won't boot, and I'm afraid something got fried in an electrical storm we had yesterday. When I turn the computer on, the power light comes on, and both cd drives lights both start flashing; there is a whirring and clicking sound like the computer can't quite access something, and nothing shows up on the screen. The four led lights on the back are different colors: the A light flashes between green and yellow, the B light is yellow, and the other two are both green. In the manual, it says that a yellow-yellow-green-green light configuration is a RAM problem -- but why is the first one flashing? Is this a RAM problem? Would getting new RAM fix it?
