Hello, I wanted to get into safe mode and I have before because I wanted to run advanced scandisk. Now, when I start up because I ahev the usb keybaord and mouse it usually says keyboard failure right after the dell screen and moves on. So I went into bios and told it to not report keyboard errors. Well I dont know if that has anything to do with this but when I hit f8 the screen pops up but i cant hit 3 or down or anything. The diagnostics says great and when shut it off after this I dont have to hold. Please Help me
