I have a DELL Dimension 4550 computer and the mouse came with it. I got the PC in May 03 and its now Nov 03 and my mouse started acting bad since the begining of November. Ill be moving it and it will get stuck for like a minute and then go , I cleaned the ball off with water and dried it to see if that worked and it didnt. My waranty is for 1 full year .

Is it possible for me 2 call DELL and request a new mouse sent to my house to replace the old one?
