A month ago my Dimension 8400 crashed.  After a couple of weeks working with Dell everything is back and up and operating, except for an annoying mouose pointer that keeps freezing up while I am on line, in Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.  I have tried everything Dell has offered in terms of Hardware support to no avail.   They have referred me to software support, but the phone keeps getting cut off.  Does anyone have any suggestions that may eliminate this problem?
