I need a 300W in my Optiplex GX260 minetower.  But Dell did not comply with ATX standards it appears and put mesh and metal over the back of the pwoer supply so that the power plug needs to be in a very specific location.  Do any 3rd party power supplies fit this? I replaced a power supply on an HP without trouble...
