9100 Graphics Problems with Multiple Games
First off, I'd like to thank you for clicking on this message.
The problem I have with my graphics card is that when I play a game, it sets it to the resolution specified. This may sound ok, but I would like to be more specific. If I set a game at (800x600) it will display (800x600) pixels, but at a scale akin to the (1680x1050) resolution. It displays a window of the game in the middle of empty, black screen. I resize the game, and it only displays that many pixels on the same scale. I read the FAQ, but it only offered help regarding a geforce video card, not my ati radeon mobility 9700.
I am used to having games "stretch" across and fill up the entire screen, not just create their own little window in the middle of nothingness. If anyone has experienced something like this, I would appreciate it if you could help me or at the very least tell me what's going on with my display.
