I have a Inspiron 8600 laptop that will shows "Device Not Recognized" error message when connecting an iPod to the USB port.

Ipods work on my 9100 and my B130 perfectly fine.

I just did a reformat of my 8600 and the issue still occurs.. are the USB ports not compatible with the iPods?
