I was on my laptop when I started playing a game and the screen starts flashing white. So I close the game, doesn't stop flashing. I log off my side and it doesn't stop flashing. I restart the computer and it doesn't stop flashing. I hook it up to an external monitor and that does not flash but the screen on the laptop still does. I run the LCD test with the Fn button first and I say no on the display it gives me code 2000-0334. I run it again and do not answer it gives me code 2000-0334. I shut it off and turn it on with the "D" held and it flashes colors but it still blinks white. All the tests on the dell website for diognostics I have run say there is nothing wrong. Please help me fix this.
