I got my 14z recently and today I upgrade the TI usb 3.0 driver to the latest vision then it doesn't work anymore.

Further, my 14z has some fan noise problem, although upgrading the bios to the latest, it doesn't reduce the noise to some acceptable level.

Is it common with all 14z users?
