Hello all,

I have an Inspiron 6400, and I have an issue with my start menu, when i go to run a program from all programs it wont allow me to select or run any of them. i had just reformated my laptop with the disk from dell i installed all the drivers and just have no idea what would be the issue.

Any help would be appriciated.
