2001FP PIP Problem
Hello, I've got a Dell 2001FP purchased in March of this year. Its worked beautifully until today. The monitor is connected to the PC via the D-SUB channel. The user also has a composite video cable plugged in that has a TV display which monitors our phone system. This has been working for the past 5 months. Now all of a sudden, I can't get anything to display on the PIP. I've tried switching cables, switching to an S-Video cable, Resetting to Factory Defaults. If I plug a 5" TV into the video cable, it displays just fine. Here's the kicker, I brought one of my other 2001FP monitors, over and tried it, and I get the same results!
Is there anything that can be done to resolve this issue? As stated, plugging a 5" TV into the cable works fine, so its got to be on the Monitor.
