I have inherited this network, I am trying to reset the IP address by pressing the Managed Mode button, nothing happens when I do this.  I even waited 10 mins.  I there something I am missing?  Do I need to hold the button for any length of time?  Does the switch need to be unpopulated?  Scratching my head on this one.
