I started using SBC dsl about 2 months ago.  Starting last month I was unable to use the SBC browser to get on the internet, but I could use explorer.  I tried downloading a new browser, but message came back that internet connection could not be detected.  In addition, I cannot download Microsoft updates.  What could possibly be the problem?
