For everyone with the Inspiron 580 (Late 2009) or similar who is installing windows 10 use for the networkcard the Broadcom BCM57788 LOM, v.12.4.0.3 driver !

I spend a couple of days searching and this is really the solution for the dropout of the internet connection. Just remove the windows 10 driver and install the driver above.
