My laptop crashed and when I reloaded XP and all the drivers I could connect to my modem and router but when connected to my router I can't access the internet. 

 

I formatted the hard drive and reloaded XP, went to Dell download using my service tag and downloaded all the drivers that was originally on my laptop from the factory beginning with NSS then Chipset and so forth.  Same exact problem.  My router connection is fine.  I can access the internet from another laptop via the router.
