Optiplex 7050 WiFi 5g /2g connection problem

Hey,

So I got 2 renewed PC's and both of them work just fine, except they can't connect to my spectrum wifi. not 2g nor 5g. When I thought it might've been the WiFi USB which I put in the SS port, (I inserted both that one and the bluetooth one), I realized that it isn't, because I could connect to my iPhone's personal hotspot internet with a lot of ease.

However, my PC does seem to be able to discover Spectrum's 2G wifi, but not connect to it, and then it's unable to discover the 5g network at all.

I've installed ALL the necessary and recommended drives from dell's website through my personal hotspot and still nothing. I updated drives, uninstalled and updated again and they're all up to date (specifically the wifi one)

However when I go look at it, it says that the wifi driver is from 2015, and when I'm downloading a newer 2022 driver from Dell's website, it says that I'm not able to install it - installation forbidden by system policy or something. After granting all the authorization, running as administrator etc, I still kept getting the same error.
But either way when I kept trying to update the wifi driver automatically it said I was up to date.

I'm really lost. what am I doing wrong and can anyone help me out?
Needless to say, the exact same thing happens on both PC's I got.
