I recently added 2 - 16GB DIMMs to a T710 server, which already had 10 - 4GB modules installed. After reading the config guide and installing the 16 sticks, I'm getting this message:

My memory config as found in OpenManage is this: 

Any ideas what's wrong? The memory is all recognized by the OS (all 72GB), its just saying its not optimal at boot, and also it requires you to strike F1 to finish the boot sequence.
