Last week I installed windows 2012 on my new T420 server and turn off the machine. Today I've set time aside to finish installing software on my server but it won't turn on. There's power and the iDRAC diagnostic is glowing blue and if I press the back button it will display no post codes on the front lcd panel.

I keep pressing the power button but nothing happens and this is driving me nuts.

The only error on the iDRAC error history is the case intrusion detected check chassis but it cleared as soon as I closed the lid.

Still won't turn on..

What am I missing here??
