Precision 7670 - Permanently Removing Boot Options in BIOS

This isn't just for the 7670, but I'm looking for a way to permanently remove certain UEFI boot options.  In BIOS, Under Boot Configuration, the following options are listed:

  • Windows Boot Manager
  • UEFI RST BC901 NVMe SK hynix....
  • USB NIC (IPv4)
  • Onboard NIC (IPv4)
  • Onboard NIC (IPv6)
  • UEFI HTTPS Boot (MAC #1)
  • USB NIC (IPv6)
  • UEFI HTTPS Boot (MAC #2)

and when I click "DELETE" on the right side of the entries I don't want being a bootable option, like anything IPv6 or UEFI HTTPS Boot, once saved, then rebooted, when I press F12, they show back up.  How do I permanently remove them?
