I bougth a Hitachi 500 Gb HD but the 8400 cannot detect it, here the link-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822147007. I have two 160Gb running in Raid 0 that is getting and error on one drive. I decided to go to non-Raid and removed the two 160 Gb drives. I have installed the new Hitachi drive but the 8400 cannot detect it. Played with bios settings but the same result. I can hear the drive spinning. Is it defective or incompatible?  Please recommend a 500Gb drive that works on this 8400. Thanks in advance.
