I am getting a "Error loading Operating System"  error on almost every boot. Every once and a while it will get past that and boot OK.  I have run every hard drive and system diagnostic on the dell diagnostic CD and everything comes up fine. I have run defrag on the OS and that is fine. Any ideas?
