Hello to you all.

I have an infection on my home pc called Bloodhound which has disabled my broadband internet connection. I have been in contact with my ISP and they note I am online but my pc does not let me surf. Upon opening a windows browser and trying to view webpages it states that I need to connect.

In addition, a number of games such as Dopewars do not work and I have had to delete certain file sharing prgrammes.

I have run my norton anti virus and located the virus, which I deleted as I could not quarantine or fix it. Since then, I cannot get any live updates from norton/symantec.

If anyone knows how I can repair this infection or can forward me any patches to reapir this mess, please do reply to this message.
