I've been having this problem for a couple of weeks now and have not been able to get it corrected.

I am running Windows XP Pro and use Outlook Express to read my email.  All of a sudden, my email messages went blank.  I am able to see the subject line but my preview pane is blank.  When I open up the email, the text is blank.  If I hold my cursor over the message, I get the wonderful little hourglass.

I have Norton and have updated and run countless checks against my system.  I have downloaded all of the upgrades from Microsoft (Windows and Office).  Nothing has corrected my problem.

My patience is gone, my  mind is gone and, what hair I have left, is quickly turning grey!

Help would be most appreciated!
