I have a Dell Dimension XPS D333 with Windows 95B (OSR2).  I have been getting a message saying I have a missing MSIN32.DLL required file.

Can you tell me what this MSIN32.DLL file does, and can someone send me a copy of the file by e-mail?  Many thanks for your help.
