To do a Dell factory image restore, to the date of the first start of the PC or when ever, would i need anything else or do i just simply click on Dell Datasafe local back up(Program)? Also will factory image restore the following listed stuff?

-Preinstalled programs that came with Dell and are Dell programs

-Microsoft Word, Excel (Which i had)

-Other products that were preinstalled.

-Drives and Utilities 

If any of these don't include then do say and if there's anything else that factory image will restore then  please do say, in as much detail as possible.
