When I use Dell Media Direct in express mode, the music library is supposed to indicate files protected by DRM with a lock icon. I'm not getting those lock icons to appear, but the DRM files won't play. Is there a reason why the lock icons aren't appearing and a way to remedy this situation? Thank you in advance for any help.
