Hi everybody,

 

I have just set up a Dimension 5150. During initial setup there was no internet connection available. So I bypassed the registration by choosing the skip option. Later I installed an ISDN contoller and got connected by an ISP other than the preinstalled ones provided by DELL.

Now the situation ist this: Every now and then the Internet Registration screen pops up telling me that I should go to the dektop an get conected to the internet by either Tiscali, T-Online or AOL. Then there is a note that the following procedure might take a minute. Pressing the next-button makes the screen close immediately. And this re-occures three or four times an hour, which is really annoying.
