my inspiron 530 keeps going to offline,a little box comes up telling me to connect,i can be on e-bay or anywhere,i go into tools and find working offline is ticked,mysteriously,i untick it and then its fine,but it keeps on doing it regulary,can siomeone help me to resolve this,ive checked my internet connection and it says its working fine,so why do i keep going off line?as i do not tick the box in tools to do it.
