I am trying to set up remote assistance on my DEL Laptop Inspiron 1501.  I acan recieve an invite from another PC but cannot accept.  I have checked the windows settings, turned off the firewall no avail.

 

Also I cannot invite a friend for assitance. either by email or MSN (would prefer not to use MSN anyway.

 

Any help would be much apreciated
