Removing XP from Dual-boot system

O.K. here is my problem, please unless you know for sure your way will work, please don't try to confuse me with guesses. :smileysurprised:

I got this M1730 with XP installed. So I bought another hard drive and installed Vista Home Premium on it. Therefore creating a Dual boot system. Then I upgraded to Vista Ultimate from Home premium. Now to understand that Ultimate uses a BitLocker Drive Encryption and when I upgraded it put the bitlocker file on the XP drive. So I would suppose that it has to be replaced. I want to get rid of XP altogether Without removing or reinstalling Vista. My question is, can it be done? And how?
